Systems By Sulehri ("we", "us") is a solo studio that builds backend systems for business coaches. This policy explains what information we collect through systemsbysulehri.sbs and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Details you give us in the audit form: name, company, email, phone number, website, business type, lead volume and program price.
• Details you share when you book a call or email us.
• Basic technical data, such as the page you submitted the form from.

How we use it

• To prepare your free audit and contact you about it.
• To schedule and hold calls.
• To follow up about our services by email, phone or SMS, where you agreed to this.
• To improve our website and services.

SMS and phone consent

If you tick the consent box, you agree to receive calls, emails and text messages from us about your audit and our services. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who processes your data

We use Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Apps Script and Gmail) to store form submissions, schedule calls and communicate with you. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also use messaging and call platforms to contact you. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, then delete it when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
